1. EEXI Calculation & GHG Rating Improvement

  • Calculation of Attained & Required EEXI, as well as engine/power limitation (EPL, SHAPOLI, if required).

  • Feasibility study for EEXI & GHG rating improvement solutions.

  • Development of EEXI Technical File and Onboard Management Manual (OMM).

2. Computational Fluid Dynamis (CFD)

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is an invaluable tool in maritime industry, providing detailed insights into fluid dynamics that are essential for creating high-performance, efficient, and sustainable vessels. Some of our most common services include:

  • EEXI calculations and Energy Saving Devices (ESD’s) gains
  • Optimizing propulsion system
  • Resistance prediction (including hull-propeller interaction)
  • Yacht design / hull optimization

3. CII Calculation

  • A description of the methodology that will be used to calculate CII
  • Required annual operational CII for the next 3 years
  • Implementation plan documenting how the required annual operational CII will be achieved
  • A procedure of self-evaluation and improvement
  • Introduction of a rating mechanism linked to the operational carbon intensity indicators (CII)

4. SEEMP I, II, III

A Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP) is a ship-specific plan to improve the energy efficiency of a ship. All ships 400 gross tonnage (GT) and above engaged in international voyages must develop and keep on board a SEEMP, as set out in the guidelines adopted by the IMO. The SEEMP may form part of the ship’s safety management system and is subject to audit and verification. Each SEEMP is ship-specific and provides a practical approach for ship owners and operators to manage operations and improve efficiency performance over time. For companies with multiple ships, a comprehensive energy management policy for the company’s fleet can act as a base to form individual SEEMPs for each ship.Platforms, including floating production storage and offloading units (FPSOs) and floating storage units (FSUs), and drilling rigs are not required to have a SEEMP.

SEEMP Part I – ship management plan to improve energy efficiency

SEEMP Part II – fuel oil consumption data

SEEMP Part III – ship operational carbon intensity plan (in development)

5. FuelEU and EU ETS Reporting

Assist Owners with the reporting and based on the latest EU-enforced requirements.

Evaluate vessel’s/ fleet’s “green” performance and advise Owners for the most suitable de-carbonization strategy.
